Don't Give Up

Our Privilege to Help

You may feel that “I’ve done everything I can, but nothing is working!” Consider the African Proverb: “Smooth Seas do not make Skillful Sailors.” Dr. Flynn knows this from his own life struggles.  Don’t give up!  Instead, ask for help and learn new skills.

Over Dr. Flynn's 35 years of helping others as a psychiatrist, he has worked with hundreds of people who had very high work/life demands.  Some felt "stuck" and were not doing well.  Some sought advice pre-, during- or post- difficult mission events.  By working together, we found solutions.

Learn Together

Our Privilege to Help

Learn Together

Dr. Flynn is quick to point out that he is not a "mind reader."  We must "learn together" to achieve your goals.  It will take strong collaboration to open that understanding.  If needed, we can arrange additional consultants to expand the available expertise (medical, psychological, cognitive), as well.

Do Better

Working together, we will identify better strategies for your success.  This might require new  skills, use of psychotherapy and/or medication.  Those decisions are best when they are based upon an accurate assessment.  If we “learn together”, we can be confident that you will “do better.”
